Alannah schwartz
PresidenT
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Alannah Schwartz is the Catalog Manager at Endurance Music Group, where she works closely with the creative team to provide administrative, marketing, and promotional support for EMG's roster of songwriters and artists. In her role, she helps ensure the smooth operation of licensing and catalog management, contributing to the growth and success of the company’s extensive music catalog. Afterward, she began her career at Me Gusta Music, where she handled publishing licensing and label administration for a variety of clients, gaining valuable experience that has shaped her career trajectory.
Her involvement in the Nashville music community began during her senior year at Belmont, when she was introduced to SOLID as a college mentee. Motivated by the intentional and meaningful relationships she formed through the organization, Alannah became an active member in 2021, before taking on the role of 2024 Ambassadorship Co-chair and then 2025’s Secretary. She is also an engaged member of the Nashville chapter of AIMP since 2021.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Alannah can often be found reading, baking, traveling, or hanging out with her boyfriend Wyatt and their dog, Daisy.
Nina Owens
vice president
Meet Nina “Teapot” Owens, 2026 SOLID Nashville Vice President and a woman who has always been passionate about building community and culture. Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Nina found her home in Nashville and never looked back. As the Founder and Executive Producer of The Teapot Legacy, she creates memorable live experiences from conferences and showcases to awards and film premieres, while empowering artists and creatives to build lasting legacies through music, mindfulness, and balance.
A proud 2017 valedictorian from SAE Institute Nashville, Nina has spent over a decade working as a creative visionary in the entertainment industry. She’s directed music videos (including The Shindellas’ “Fear Has No Place,” featured in Essence Magazine), worked in artist development and management, and supported major artists in bringing their creative visions to life. Before all of that, Nina got her start as a 9-1-1 dispatcher, and that calm, detail-oriented foundation still shows up in everything she does. Now, she’s simply doing what she does best — pouring into the community, one cup at a time.
Nina joined SOLID in 2024 and it’s been a natural fit from the start. After serving as Education Chair in 2025, where she launched meaningful programming like A SOLID Mental Break Day during mental health awareness month, she is honored to serve as SOLID Vice President, leading the organization’s Friends of SOLID efforts. Along the way, SOLID has gifted her with some of the best friendships she’s ever made. When she’s not running the show, you can find Nina traveling the world and dancing with her husband Chess, cooking dinner for friends and family, and being a proud fur mom to Mars. She’s also happily navigating life as an empty nester with her college student. For Nina, community isn’t just what she does — it’s who she is.
savannah alday
SECRETARY
Music is woven tightly within Savannah Alday’s life and career. Hailing from Macon, GA, where musical giants like Otis Redding, Little Richard, and The Allman Brothers Band once called home, her move to Nashville and pursuing a career in entertainment was almost inevitable.
Graduating from Belmont University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Savannah has worked across several mediums within the entertainment industry. From being hired on after her internship with Innovo Management, as their Social Media Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO, Savannah quickly demonstrated her ability to innovate and grow departments, leading to her being asked to start and head the Influencer Management Division. Within eight months, Savannah was managing a staff of four, while also overseeing the company’s internship program. She signed ten clients with a combined following of over 12M fans to exclusive representation, along with a list of thirty non-exclusive clients. Savannah also inked a partnership to scout talent for a company that scripted digital campaigns for major brands, such as Jarritos and L’Oréal, generating $400,000 in annual revenue for Innovo.
Though grateful for that time and experience, Savannah knew she wanted to get back to her passion for working with musical artists, leading her to a new adventure at WME. This is where she found a great passion for the work of an agency. WME provided her with a masterclass on what an agency can bring to the table for an artist and their career. During her three and a half years at WME, Savannah was able to work across several departments, like Fairs/Festivals, Private Corporate Events, Territorial Clubs, Tour Marketing, and Client Strategy. All of which allowed Savannah the opportunity to sharpen her skills and solidify her passion for the booking space.
Always looking for more chances to learn and grow, Savannah transitioned over to Wasserman Music in April 2025 to work alongside an incredible set of agents: Brent Smith, Matt Elam, and Lauren Marker. Working directly for Matt Elam, Savannah supports a diverse set of clients ranging from genres like Hip-Hop, R&B, EDM, Pop, and Singer-Songwriter.
SOLID has been a constant throughout these changes, providing a safe space to build community. Savannah has proudly served on the board for the last two years, as the DEI Taskforce Co-Chair in 2024, and Chair in 2025, making her the first to serve consecutive terms for DEI. Honored to be serving on E-Board as SOLID’s secretary for 2026, Savannah hopes to contribute her passionate spirit to what is sure to be one of the best years in SOLID yet!
Eunice Hernandez
TREASURER
Originally from Valencia, California, Eunice Hernandez serves as a Vice President Commercial Banker in the Music, Arts & Entertainment division at Studio Bank, where she is deeply committed to helping artists, entrepreneurs, and entertainment professionals build sustainable creative and financial futures.
Eunice’s path began in the world of fashion and design, earning degrees from FIDM and CalArts before completing her MBA at Austin Peay State University. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy, an experience that shaped her leadership style and instilled the resilience, discipline, and service‑first mindset that continue to guide her work today. In 2017, Eunice transitioned into banking where she discovered her true calling in serving creatives not just as clients but walking alongside them as they grow at every stage of their journey. By bridging financial strategy with an understanding of creative industries, Eunice quickly became a trusted advocate for artists and entrepreneurs navigating the business side of their careers.
Her journey with SOLID began when a mentor and dear friend introduced her to the organization. From the moment she joined, she discovered more than a professional community; she found purpose and lifelong friendships. Eunice later served as SOLID’s Music Market Co-Chair, playing a key role in the CMA Backstage Auction benefiting the CMA Foundation. In 2026, she was honored to be included in MusicRow’s Next Big Thing directory.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (especially to theme parks) and making memories with her husband, also a veteran, and their two children. She loves karaoke nights and snowboarding trips, and in quieter moments, she returns to her creative roots dusting off her sewing machine to make clothes for her dogs. A small reminder that her love for art and fashion will always be part of her story.
