Georgetown Masters is hiring a highly motivated full-time studio manager who will lead studio operations, coordinate duties of a five person staff and be the primary contact for scheduling, organizing and invoicing sessions. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple high pressure and fast paced projects all while having precise attention to detail. The right candidate could also become the primary driver in sourcing new clients. We are excited to add a long-term team member to our Georgetown family. This job is salary based.


  • Booking & organizing sessions
  • Project management (file management, collecting session information, etc.) 
  • Assigning tasks to engineers and following through to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Coordinating session details and creating estimates for clients
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Office manager duties
  • Staff management
  • Receptionist duties

  • QuickBooks knowledge

We’re looking for an Account Assistant to join our team of talented and passionate people in our Nashville office. This is a full time, Monday through Friday position, and is the entry-level position from which we promote our future leaders. 



•    Accounts Payable/Receivable
•    Credit Card/Road Cash/Bank Account reconciliations
•    Merchandise and Royalty trackers
•    Basic Tax Prep and other tasks specifically associated with accounting in the music industry
•    Special projects and data entry/filing to document software



•    A minimum of two semesters of college level accounting and general love of working with numbers
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily agenda
•    Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and play well with others
•    A general understanding of the music industry is helpful but not required
